The Deodato Arte Gallery space in Via Nerino, 1 in Milan will host the not-to-be missed Art Night dedicated to Marco Lodola and his project designed for Dior in 2021.
On Wednesday, February 15 at 6.30 PM, at the Milan space of the gallery it will be possible to retrace the steps of the collaboration between Marco Lodola and the well-known French maison. From the first sketches to the light sculptures, it will be possible to take a close look at the artist's creative process.
Marco Lodola in showcases around the world
To mark the launch of the Winter 2021 Collection, the showcases of more than 400 stores around the world were lighted up by Marco Lodola's luminous sculptures. Boutiques from Toronto to Forte dei Marmi, via New York, were "invaded" by light sculptures inspired by the pop atmosphere of the 1970s by the unmistakable style of Marco Lodola.
"We made sure that the boutique and its setting blended perfectly with the personality of the city, preserving the Pop style of the installation. All the installations are different and, in each city, we reinterpreted the cultural atmosphere of the place, with LED lights being key elements in all my works."
